Walter "Wally" Reese

Walter “Wally” Reese, 81, of Capron passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023 at Javon Bea hospital surrounded by his family.

Wally was born June 5, 1942 in Harvard to Emil and Martha (Wilson) Reese. He married Patricia (Hoey) on February 22, 1964.

Wally actively farmed in Harvard until his retirement in 2020. He was a member of Capron Lutheran Church.

Wally is survived by his wife Pat, daughters Vicki (Tom) Moon, Brenda (Bruce) Bruhn, granddaughters Elizabeth (Ben) Karlson and Brittany Bruhn, and siblings Merle Reese, Ken Reese, and Mary Volkey.

He was predeceased by his parents, sister Irma Bauman, sister-in-law Lavon Reese, and brothers-in-law Royal Bauman and Chuck Volkey.

A private service will be planned at a later date.
