Victor James Perri

Victor James Perri, 86, of Capron, IL entered eternal life on Monday, April 7, 2025 with his cherished family beside him.

Victor was born on July 23, 1938 in Chicago, IL the son of Victor and Mable (Elam) Perri. He grew up in Chicago and met the love of his life there. Victor married Maria Palumbo on December 1, 1973 in Chicago, IL.

Victor and Maria were blessed with two sons. He was a devoted family man and was overjoyed when he became a grandfather. Victor retired from Commonwealth Edison after many years as a dedicated and reliable bill adjuster. Victor loved to play golf. He had unwavering faith and loved his family more than anything.

Victor is survived by his wife Maria; sons Jeffrey (Maura) Perri of Amherst, MA and Dominic Perri of Capron, IL; two granddaughters Catherine and Alida Perri; his sister Elaine Bratton, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Audrey Coduto, and his nephew John Coduto.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 4 until 8 PM at Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home, 107 W. Sumner St., Harvard, IL 60033. Funeral mass will be at 10 AM Thursday, April 10, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 206 E. Front St., Harvard, IL 60033. Burial to immediately follow at Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
