Thomas Reese

Thomas Reese, 68, of Harvard died on Friday, July 5, 2019.

He was born April 4, 1951, in Harvard, IL to Lester and Caroline (Metzger) Reese.

Thomas was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Harvard. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and listening to country music. Thomas was a woodworker by trade.

Survivors include his children Bryan Reese and Rhonda (Robert) Berkholtz Jr.; step-daughter Emalee Reese; grandchildren Hailey, Johnathan, Joseph and Mason Berkholtz; step-grandchildren Kristy Golec, Justin Fuller, and Kailee Reese; siblings Linda (Ron) Standish, James (Bonnie) Reese, Barbara (J.R.) Martin, Debra (Rick) Novak, Donna (Halbe) Wynstra, Steven (Amy) Reese, Richard (Theresa) Reese, Douglas (Alma) Reese, Laura (Kevin) Nelson, Edward (Carla) Reese, Victoria Bennett, and Lisa (Mike) Monson; many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Sandra Reese, and step-daughter Melisa.

Per his wishes, he will be cremated.

A memorial gathering will be from 10 AM until the 11 AM memorial service, Monday, July 29 at First United Methodist Church, 1100 N. Division St., Harvard, IL 60033.
