Obituary

Ronald G. Schultz was born December 2, 1933, in Harvard, IL to Russell and Marion (Munger) Schultz.

Ronald was in the Navy and served in the Korean War. He provided for his family by driving truck.

Throughout his life he enjoyed riding motorcycles, going to air shows, working in the garden, and taking care of his lawn. Every morning, you could find him downtown at the restaurant with his buddies enjoying a good cup of coffee, solving all the problems of the day.

Ronald married Donna Suhr on February 11, 1956, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Harvard.

Ronald is survived by his children Robert (Tammy) Schultz, Donald Schultz, and Lynette (Tyler) Streit, eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife Donna Jean, his son Ronald J. Schultz, his parents, and half-sister Cathryn Hermanson.

Per Ronald’s wishes, there will be no services and internment will be private for family.

In lieu of flowers or donations to the family, consider a donation in his honor to your local animal shelter.

Family and friends may sign the online guestbook at www.saundersmcfarlin.net.
