Robert "Bobby" Bell Obituary

Robert (Bobby) Kenneth Bell, 50, of Harvard, Illinois went home to Heaven, December 6, 2021.

Bobby was a graduate of Harvard High School.  He attended the Sedom Program for the disabled in Woodstock, Illinois.  He also attended the Pioneer Center in McHenry, Illinois for many years.

Bobby was the heartbeat of his family.  His strength and love were admirable. He had a smile that would light up a room.  He had a magnetic soul.  He loved with his whole heart.

Bobby was the best big brother.  He was the eldest of four.  He had a sister, Mary (Caprice) Pena, and two brothers, Justin J. Pena and Aaron Alexander Brennecka.  He was their protector.  He made sure to look after them and even discipline when needed.  The bond they share is one that not even death can break.

Bobby was so full of life.  He was a lover of music and loved to dance.  He was an avid basketball player.  You could find him shooting hoops at St. Joseph’s school.  His disability did not hinder his ability to play or his mad skills on the court.  Bobby enjoyed walking, swimming and being outdoors.  he loved Mexican food, burgers and pizza. He also loved Marvel comics, his favorite characters were Spider Man and the Hulk.  He really enjoyed Star Wars as well.  His favorite holiday was Halloween, scary movies always had his attention.

To say he will be missed is an absolute understatement.  There is a piece of our soul missing.  The love he has shared with our family and the imprints he has left on our hearts will be forever cherished.  May the good Lord keep him safe until we meet again.

He is preceded in death by his father Kenneth Wayne Bell, his Aunt Charlene (Anderson) Bruha, his Aunt Gayle (Bell) McFarlin, his maternal grandparents Marcell V. and Mary (Darmon) Anderson.  His paternal grandfather Wayne Bell.

He is survived by his mother Kristy L. Bell, and his stepfather Jose De Jesus Pena, his sister, Mary Caprice Pena, two brothers, Justin J. Pena, and Aaron Alexander Brennecka, and his paternal Grandmother Carol Bell.  He is also survived by his nieces Destiny Hansen, Paris J. Pena, Ireland and Aryia Brennecka. And his dog Jackie which he renamed Baby doll.
