Maria L. Garcia Bravo

Maria L. Garcia Bravo, 85, of Harvard, passed away Friday, March 7, 2025 at her home surrounded by family.

Maria was born August 24, 1939 to Jesus Bravo and Elouise Carillo in Michoacan, Mexico.

She is survived by her children Octavio, Abel, Virginia, Gonzalo, Olga, Rosalva, Antonia, Lorena, Rosalilia, and Irene, 37 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and 6 brothers and sisters.

Maira was preceded in death by her parents Jesus and Eloisa; granddaughter, Ashley Garcia; and Sister, Maria Castillo.

There will be a visitation 4-8PM Friday, March 14, 2025, at Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home, 107 W. Sumner St., Harvard, IL 60033.  The funeral service will be 11AM Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the First Presbyterian Church, 7100 Harvard Hills Road, Harvard, IL 60033.  Interment will be in Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
