Larry A. Dowey

Larry A. Dowey, 75, of Harvard, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Larry was born on December 8, 1946, in Harvard, Illinois, the son of John L. and Marion (Van Fleet) Dowey. He graduated from Harvard High School where he was in FFA. Larry was also an active member of the Harvard Grange and attended First Presbyterian Church of Harvard. He enjoyed bowling, reading, and playing cards. Larry loved being with family and friends and looked forward to holidays and events.

Larry is survived by his sister Patricia (Bob) Miro; his nieces Megan (Keith Parker) Miro and Jessica Miro; and his great-nephew Jayden Parker.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents John L. and Marion Dowey.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 7, 2022, from 10 AM until the 11 AM funeral service at First Presbyterian Church of Harvard, 7100 Harvard Hills Rd., Harvard, IL 60033.
