Jeffrey Brian Sorensen

Jeffrey Brian Sorensen, 64, of Rochelle, IL passed away on October 12, 2024.

Jeff was born on September 18, 1960, in Harvard, IL, the son of Robert Lyle Sorensen and Evelyn C. Bell. He retired after a career spent in manufacturing. Jeff was a fun-loving man. He loved to joke, and he had a big heart. Jeff would help anyone in need.

Jeff is survived by his mother Evelyn Sale and stepfather Henry Sale; siblings Michael Sorensen of Hurley, WI, Terry Allen Sorensen of Poplar Grove, IL, Kathleen (Jerry) Schwebke of Cherry Valley, IL, Julie (Russell) Howard of Bayfield, CO; stepsisters and brothers Dan (Dena) Sale, John (Rhonda) Sale, Tom Sale, Mary (Steve) Heward, and Ann (John) Bradley; best friends Bob and Rhonda Nystrom; as well as many other friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Robert, paternal grandparents Lyle and Lucille Sorensen, maternal grandparents Claude and Esther Bell, nieces, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 10 AM until the 1 PM memorial service on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home, 107 W. Sumner St., Harvard, IL 60033.
