Edward Geiger

Edward Geiger, 78, of Hebron passed away at his home on Monday, July 12, 2021.

He was born February 9, 1943, in Harvard, IL; to George and Hazel (Gaylord) Geiger. He worked for many years doing maintenance at the courthouse. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, hunting, camping, baking his famous bread and gardening.

On March 20, 2004, Edward married Deborah Foat in Woodstock, IL. She survives.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie; children Dawn (Jose) Delamora, and Robin Geiger; step-children Andrea (Ed) Carroll; grandchildren Austin (Theresa) Delamora, Monica (Scott) Redden; step-grandchildren Bailey Stefko, Brandon, Gunnar, and Keegan Carroll; one great-grandson Cason Redden; one step great-granddaughter Charli and one step great-grandson Jude; one brother Robert (Sally) Geiger; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Vicki Rodriguez; and one sister Connie Tennant.

Per Edward’s wishes, he will be cremated with a Celebration of Life at a later date.
