Debra Lynn (Stiegman) Perkins

Debra Perkins, 73, died October 12, 2025 at home in Harvard. She was born April 17, 1952, in Beloit, WI, daughter of Woodrow and Shirley (Adams) Stiegman. She was an amazing seamstress and for many years baked and decorated cakes for numerous people and events. She is survived by her husband, Darrell; son, Cory (Whitney) Scott of Harvard and daughter, Karlie (Eric Grunewald) Perkins of Harvard; grandchildren, Caden Scott, Allison Scott, Brianna Scott, and Wyatt Perkins; sisters, Sherry (Gene) Giesecke of Poplar Grove, Jennie Hatley of Elgin; sister-in-law, Carol Stiegman of Kirkland; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She is predeceased by her parents and brother, Woodrow Stiegman Jr. 

Burial will be private. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
