Bruce T. Koltz, 72, of Sharon, WI passed away surrounded by his family on December 22, 2021 at Williams Bay Health Services.
Bruce was born July 02, 1949 in Harvard, Illinois, to George and Louise (Wright) Koltz.
He was a 1967 graduate of Harvard High School. He married Phyllis Johnson on May 1, 1971. Bruce worked in agriculture and dairy farming for many years, as well as Erect-A-Tube in Harvard. He had also owned the “Still on the Hill” in Harvard. In 2015, he retired from MedPlast in Elkhorn, WI. He was a long standing member of the Harvard Moose. Bruce didn’t know a stranger, was generous to a fault, and was known for his witty sense of humor.
Bruce is survived by his two children, Gayle (Steve) Amborn of Sharon, WI, and Tom Koltz of Jefferson, WI; grandchildren, Katlin Koltz and Olivia Amborn; his sister, Mary Kay (Edward) Kocmoud of Sharon, WI, and nephew, David Kocmoud, as well as his mother-in-law, Dolores Johnson of Marshfield, MO. Bruce is preceded in death by his wife Phyllis, and his son Andrew, as well as his parents, and his father-in-law Harold Johnson.
Per Bruce's wishes, graveside services only at 11 AM, Thursday, Dec. 30 at North Sharon Cemetery. Sharon, WI.
