Arnold Waldo

Arnold Waldo, 81, of Harvard peacefully passed away at his home on February 29, 2024.

He was born on March 8, 1942 in Adams, Wisconsin to Harold and Katherine (Kearney) Waldo.

On February 15, 1975, Arnold married his beloved wife, Cindy (Alt). Together, they owned and operated the Hub in Harvard for many years before retiring. He also spent many years working in the Public Works Department for the City of Harvard.

When he wasn’t working hard, Arnold enjoyed spending time at his house up north and getting the local fish to bite. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Arnold is survived by his children Deb Waldo, Ed (Lovena) Waldo, Beth (Will) Skees, and Sara Vance, grandchildren Lucas, Kaleb, Tara, Holly, and Alyssa, and siblings Janice Sellers and Cathy (Dale) Rollins.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Cindy, parents Harold and Katherine, and siblings Daniel, Harold, and Joan.

In accordance with the family’s wishes, there will be no services.
