Ann (DeYoung) Siebel

Ann Siebel, 83, of Harvard passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, Rockford, IL.

Ann was born April 28, 1938, in Madison, WI to Andrew and Nellie (Mulder) DeYoung.

She worked many years at Arnolds Engineering and after retirement, she was a greeter for Walmart. Ann was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. She was a member of the altar guild and the LWML. Ann enjoyed doing volunteer work at Golden Years Nursing Home in Walworth, WI.

Ann married Thomas C. Siebel Sr., on April 13, 1957, in Genoa City, WI. He preceded her in death on July 20, 1997.

Survivors include her children Denise Siebel, Thomas (Elaine) Siebel Jr., Susan (William) Foat, and Michelle Ryan; grandchildren Amanda Irvin, Elizabeth (James) Tevis, Amanda Warren, and Andy Warren, Kelsey (Ryan) Schupbach; great-grandchildren Evan and Eli Tevis, Dakota and Kaylee Baurer, Cole and Hudson Warren, and Everly Schupbach; her fur baby Spencer; and a sister-in-law Darlene Siebel; and several cherished nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings John (Faith) DeYoung; Alice (Richard) Rahn, Andrew DeYoung Jr., Edward DeYoung, Francis (Phillip) Rahn, infant sister Agnes DeYoung; brothers-in-law Ralph and Lawrence Siebel; and son-in-law Steven Ryan.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday, May 3, 2021, at Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home, 107 W. Sumner St. Harvard, IL 60033. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at the funeral home. Interment in Dunham Chemung Cemetery.
