Akiko Soellner

Akiko Soellner, 58, of Harvard, IL passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024. Akiko was born on October 14, 1965, in Hamamatsu, Japan to parents Toshio and Makie Tomida. She married Peter Soellner on June 25, 1994 in Japan.

Akiko is survived by her husband Peter; her cherished daughter Mica; and their loving cats Zippo and Q.

She was preceded in death by Toshio Tomida, as well as longtime family pets Bailey, Boots and cousin Sookie.

A visitation will be held from 12 until the 1 PM memorial service on Monday, June 17, 2024, at Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home, 107 W. Sumner St., Harvard, IL 60033. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in care of the family.
