Rose V. Zimmerman, 98, of Walworth, WI; formerly of Harvard passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at Golden Years in Walworth, WI.
She was born January 24, 1921, in Warren, Minnesota to John and Margaret (Enrietto) Carbonetti.
She married Lloyd Zimmerman on February 24, 1949, in Harvard, IL. He preceded her in death on January 10, 1987.
Rose worked as a bookkeeper for the Harvard Electric Shop. She was a Women of the Moose member.
Survivors include her seven nieces and nephews Jim (Jo) Carbonetti, Steve (Nan) Carbonetti, Lana (David) Spinner, Pat (Steve) Bell, Ginger (Mike) Hicks, Ken (Stephanie) Carbonetti, and Kevin Zimmerman; 14 great-nieces and nephews; 16 great-great nieces and nephews; 1 great-great-great nephew; and one sister-in-law Lorraine Carbonetti.
She was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, and her nine siblings Marie Kath, Celia Selinger, Frank Carbonetti, Theresa Barid, Lou Carbonetti, Joseph Carbonetti, Ann Steveson, Toni Peters, and Orville Carbonetti.
Per Rose’s wishes, she will be cremated under the care of Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home, with burial at a later date at Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
