Jose Ortiz Carbajal, 48, of Harvard, died Friday, April 26 in Harvard.

He was born June 1, 1970 to Camilo Ortiz Tapia and Gloria Carbajal Mercado.

The funeral mass will be 2 PM Wed., May 1 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 206 E. Front St., Harvard, IL 60033. The visitation will be 4-8 PM Wed., May 1 at Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home, 107 W. Sumner St., Harvard, IL 60033. Interment will be in Las Vueltas Cemetery in Las Vueltas, Mexico.
