Jeffrey K. Smith, 64, of Lady Lake, FL and of Antioch, IL; passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the Hospitality Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Kenosha, WI.

He was born on April 6, 1952 in Elkhorn, WI the son of Linvell and Arlene (Wendorf) Smith.

Jeffrey worked as an accountant for Abbott Laboratories. He enjoyed traveling and was an avid organist and piano player. Jeffrey graduated from Augustana College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music.

Per his wishes, he will be cremated and the family will have a celebration of his life at a later date.

Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Arlene Smith of Minocqua, WI; one sister, Valerie (Jerry) Karr of Harvard, IL; aunts; cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Linvell.
