Franklyn R. Butts, 64, of Harvard passed away on May 13, 2018 at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
He was born on September 17, 1953, in Harvard, IL, the son of Levar and Elizabeth (McComb) Butts. Franklyn worked as a CNC machinist until retirement.
On June 23, 1973, Franklyn married Karen Hellenga in Delavan, WI. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, brother, and husband.
Survivors include spouse Karen; daughter Gretta Butts, and sons Joseph, Mark, Matthew, and Franklyn Butts Jr; six grandchildren, and one sister Martha (nee Butts) Olson, of Lodi, WI.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be private and a memorial is to be announced a later date.
