Message = Having grown up as a field trial brat, I met Dan and Marie at the
age of 10. He was such a wonderful, kind man and meant a lot to my parents
and myself. He always had a smile and a trial was never a good trial for me if
he was not there. He was one of my favorites and a stop to visit at the motor
home always a highlight as a child. As an adult, he always had a hug and a
kiss for me. Dan will always be missed. Sending love and prayers to Marie.

Message = Marie,
Eileen and I are so sorry for your loss, and that of so many people in North
America, with Dan's passing. We just found out in the middle of June.
I respected and admired him, not only for his ability and knowledge in
handling dogs, but also as a fine person with high integrity. I truly enjoyed
his company and advice given so many years ago.
Both of you were so kind to us and helpful over twenty years ago. We will
never forget those times.
